María Michela Zarrillo was born on February 4th, 1970, in Caracas, Venezuela.

In mid-2001 she moved to Miami, USA. Here is where she finally became completely devoted to painting. This led to a personal revival. First began painting her dreams, and that is why her paintings being from the same period though, are extremely different in their styles.

María Michela had her first art exhibition in Coconut Grove, Florida during September 2005. Her art collection consists of more than 30 paintings made with different techniques, mainly with acrylic and oil paints on canvas, including large and medium formats. In April 2007, begins a new era and style. María Michela has been chosen to exhibit her art in “De Gallery” a prestigious Art Gallery in San Salvador, El Salvador.
